These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use the Party In Your Yard website or book a yard display.

By submitting a booking request or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee that a display has been reserved.

Your booking is confirmed once Party In Your Yard has confirmed the event details and the required payment has been received.

2. Pricing

Our standard pricing is:

$99 — 1 Day

24-Hour Display

+$50 — Additional Day

Each additional 24 hours

Additional charges may apply for certain custom requests, special arrangements, extended service requirements, or other services agreed upon before the booking is finalized.

3. Event Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting a booking request, including:

• Event date
• Installation location
• Contact information
• Occasion
• Special instructions
• Preferred colors or customization requests

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect our ability to complete the display as requested.

4. Setup & Removal

Party In Your Yard will deliver and install the display at the agreed location.

We will also return to remove the display after the agreed rental period.

Customers should not move, modify, remove, or rearrange the display without permission.

5. Display Location

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the requested installation area is suitable and accessible.

The area should provide reasonable space for the display and allow our team to safely install and remove the items.

6. Weather & Safety

Outdoor events are affected by weather and environmental conditions.

If severe weather or unsafe conditions could create a risk to our team, equipment, or property, Party In Your Yard may need to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel an installation.

When possible, we will communicate with the customer regarding weather-related changes.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring that the installation location is accessible.

Customers should not intentionally damage, move, alter, or interfere with the display during the rental period.

8. Damage or Loss

Customers may be responsible for damage or loss caused by intentional misuse, unauthorized movement, or actions that are outside normal use of the display.

Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer.

9. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact Party In Your Yard as soon as possible.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may depend on the timing of the request and the status of the booking.

Any applicable cancellation or refund terms provided during the booking process will apply.

10. Custom Displays

Custom colors, messages, themes, and special requests may be available depending on the event and materials required.

Custom requests should be discussed and approved before the display is prepared.

11. Photographs & Displays

Party In Your Yard may photograph completed displays for promotional purposes only when appropriate permission has been obtained.

If you do not want your display photographed or used for promotional purposes, please let us know.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

Prices, services, availability, designs, and display options may change without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

Party In Your Yard may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
